    Our pilot plant state of the art technology:

    • Measuring and physico-chemical, rheological, microscopic equipments
    • Sensory analysis,
    • Applications: production line of fresh products and ice cream, many equipment adapted to all type of cheeses (soft, hard, fresh, analog cheeses, new technologies), online bakery, chocolate, equipments for pudding and beverage rich in proteins.
    • A pilot complements these facilities to ensure full implementation of the ingredients through the completion of pre-industrial series.
